Modular Buildings are one of the many large types of building that we can provide; they are linkable, stackable either 2 or 3 storey and can be designed to your specification and corporate identity.
They have many uses within different market sectors such as Commercial, Healthcare, and Education and have been used for

All of the new modular buildings will conform to the current Building regulations and are design to a high standard.
As with all of our products they can have a range of external finish, Textured, Plastisol Steel, Brick Slips, Cedar Panel or a combination of both, with shop front glazing or standard windows.
Internally the buildings again are of a high standard with Plasterboard being the standard internal wall & ceiling finish. Flooring can be vinyl, carpet, laminate or you can specify other options you may prefer.
There is a vast range of internal extras that can be chosen such as Air Conditioning, Cat 2 Lighting or if you have your own corporate scheme we can work to this. With our Marketing Suites we are also able to offer a turn key package for the internal furniture and graphics.
